For years, I went to those God-awful <strong><em>Twilight<\/em><\/strong> movies every Thanksgiving. I&#8217;m thankful to finally not have to look at <strong>Kristen Stewart <\/strong>&#8211; a girl who was being banged by both <strong>Robert Pattinson <\/strong>and her director, yet still couldn&#8217;t crack a smile! By the time the <strong><em>Hunger Games<\/em><\/strong> series began, the acting seemed virtually <em>Oscar<\/em>-worthy by comparison. I&#8217;m not saying this latest installment is a bad movie. But it sure is a boring one &#8211; nothing happens. To pass the time, I found myself trying to figure out how <strong>Liam Hemsworth<\/strong> is able to find hair product prior to going into battle. I&#8217;d roll my eyes every time someone whistled or did that mockingjay finger salute. But I finally lost it when Catniss burst into song. Then the people around her started singing. Then hundreds of people are marching down from the mountains singing. I can already see the production number for <em>Best Song <\/em>at the <em>Oscars <\/em>&#8211; led by that thespian, <strong>Jennifer Lawrence<\/strong>!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Since one of my best friends is a librarian, I&#8217;ve seen a plethora of terrible movies based on young adult books.
