{"id":1279,"date":"2015-08-30T23:33:01","date_gmt":"2015-08-31T06:33:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.billymasters.com\/custom\/?p=1279"},"modified":"2015-08-30T23:33:01","modified_gmt":"2015-08-31T06:33:01","slug":"rentboy-gets-busted","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.billymasters.com\/custom\/blog\/2015\/08\/30\/rentboy-gets-busted\/","title":{"rendered":"Rentboy Gets Busted"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Over this column&#8217;s long history, the line between celebrity and porn has been blurred beyond recognition.\u00a0 While prostitution and porn are not necessarily the same thing, there is an indisputable connection.\u00a0 Last week, the offices of the largest gay escort website, <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Rentboy.com<\/span><\/strong>, were raided in New York City and seven employees were arrested.\u00a0 But this raid wasn&#8217;t solely carried out by the NYPD.\u00a0 The website was being investigated by the <em>Department of Homeland Security<\/em>.\u00a0 Huh?\u00a0 Is <em>ISIS<\/em> trying to infiltrate the US through hot male hookers?\u00a0 Was <strong>Bin Laden <\/strong>the <em>Al-Qaeda <\/em>equivalent of <strong>Heidi Fleiss<\/strong>?\u00a0 Maybe they&#8217;re housing a sleeper cell!\u00a0 The official complaint was filed by special agent <strong>Susan Ruiz<\/strong>, and she spends an inordinate amount of time defining terms such as twink, scat, fisting, and out rate.\u00a0 Here&#8217;s an example: &#8220;I have learned that a sling, also known as a &#8216;sex sling&#8217;, is a device that allows two people to have sex while one is suspended.&#8221;\u00a0 If nothing else, we&#8217;ve surely enriched Ruiz&#8217;s education.<\/p>\n<p>Ironically, this bust comes a week after <em>Rentboy <\/em>launched a scholarship program.\u00a0 In announcing the <strong><em>Cash4Class Fund<\/em><\/strong>, <em>Rentboy<\/em>&#8216;s CEO (one of the people arrested, FYI) said, &#8220;This isn\u2019t about the adult industry educating its own cohort group.
