I thought the world hit a low when they went after <strong>Chelsea Clinton<\/strong>\u2026to say nothing of <strong>Amy Carter <\/strong>or the <strong>Bush <\/strong>girls.&nbsp; And does the son of a president have to actually say, \u201cNo, I was not high on cocaine\u201d in a national television interview?&nbsp; I guess in this <em>Trumpian <\/em>age, the answer is yes.&nbsp; Whatever happened to class?<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.billymasters.com\/custom\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/colorbar1.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-568\" src=\"http:\/\/www.billymasters.com\/custom\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/colorbar1.gif\" alt=\"colorbar1\" width=\"500\" height=\"1\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>You\u2019d be excused if you confused the <em>Republican National Convention <\/em>with a bus and truck tour of <strong><em>Evita<\/em><\/strong> given the high-pitched yelling and arm gesturing.&nbsp; But where was <strong>Scott Baio<\/strong>?&nbsp; He spoke at the 2016 RNC, but where was he this year?&nbsp; He appeared at some rallies and the <em>Freedom First Network <\/em>symposium after the convention ended.&nbsp; At that event, he proclaimed that the coronavirus is all a lie \u2013 \u2018cause Chachi knows!&nbsp; It\u2019s been a pretty dismal summer for Scott.&nbsp; He was supposed to be filming <strong><em>Courting Mom &amp; Dad<\/em><\/strong> with <strong>Kristy Swanson<\/strong>\u2026which sounds positively dreadful.&nbsp; That was shut down by <em>SAG-AFTRA <\/em>for not following regulations in regard to child actors AND for not following Covid-19 rules.&nbsp; Well, because of course there is no pandemic!<\/p>\n<p>When we last checked in with beleaguered Massachusetts congressional candidate <strong>Alex Morse<\/strong>, he was being accused of having sex with students in the college where he worked.&nbsp; The openly gay Morse admitted that he had had sex with some students \u2013 but it was all consensual.&nbsp; What\u2019s more, all of the partners backed him up \u2013 which means all of that backing up was indeed consensual.&nbsp; In some good news, he just got an endorsement from rising star, <strong>Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez<\/strong>.&nbsp; Suddenly, life is looking a bit brighter for Morse.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Are we really living in a world where we accuse the president\u2019s son of being high on cocaine during a convention speech?&nbsp;
