Then there\u2019s the story about Jerry Falwell Jr<\/strong>. and the pool boy.  So many questions.  Let\u2019s start with the basics \u2013 who is Jerry Falwell Jr.?  Don\u2019t confuse him with his father \u2013 co-founder of the Moral Majority <\/em>(which is neither), a televangelist, and, if I\u2019m not mistaken, stole the PTL Club <\/em><\/strong>right out from under Jim <\/strong>and Tammy Faye <\/strong>and then went down a water slide fully clothed.  This story isn\u2019t about him.  This is about his spawn.  From what I\u2019ve read, Junior is kinda like a smarter Donald Jr<\/strong>. \u2013 well, who isn\u2019t?  In fact, Falwell was the first evangelical leader to endorse Trump.  Not only that, he actually compared Donald to Winston Churchill<\/strong>!  Oh, the humanity.<\/p>\n

Back to the pool boy.  This story came out thanks to Tom Arnold<\/strong>.  Remember when Arnold was doing that TV show trying to discredit Trump?  Somehow he got a phone interview with the president\u2019s lackey\/patsy Michael Cohen<\/strong>, who admitted that someone was extorting money out of Falwell by using photos that would \u201ctypically be kept between husband and wife\u201d.  Well, THAT got my attention.  The pics were allegedly being peddled to the more salacious press, but Cohen got them quashed \u2013 but not before saving one.  \u201cI actually have one of the photos \u2013 it\u2019s terrible,\u201d says Cohen.  Why did he save one?  As a memento?  More likely, an insurance policy.<\/p>\n

Shortly before Cohen was allegedly hired by the Falwells to take care of this mess, the religious couple was entangled with Giancarlo Granda<\/strong>, who is described as a former pool attendant at the Fontainebleau<\/em>.  While the Falwells were staying at the swanky hotel, Junior \u201cbefriended\u201d Granda \u2013 at least, that\u2019s the word court documents use.  They were friendly enough for Falwell to give Giancarlo a $1.8 million loan!  That money was used to buy a Miami Beach \u201chostel\u201d \u2013 an establishment which has been termed as \u201cgay friendly\u201d.  The timing has led people to speculate that the photos came from Granda in return for this \u201cloan\u201d.  Naturally, Granda\u2019s lawyer firmly denies any connection between Granda and Cohen, or Granda and the photos in question.  The lawyer also asked the media to stop referring to his client as a \u201cpool boy\u201d.  He\u2019d rather be known as a Georgetown<\/em> University<\/em> grad student.  And, apparently, owner of a \u201cgay friendly\u201d hostel in South Beach.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
