One of the victims claims to have been assaulted repeatedly between 2001 and 2004.&nbsp; But it was another charge which caught our eye: \u201cThe <em>CPS<\/em> has also authorized one charge of causing a person to engage in penetrative sexual activity without consent.\u201d&nbsp; The actor is scheduled to appear in person at <em>Westminster Magistrates\u2019 Court <\/em>on December 16<sup>th<\/sup>.&nbsp; On the positive side, this is likely the first thing Kevin\u2019s had on his calendar since beating that <strong>Rapp <\/strong>rap.&nbsp; Speaking of which\u2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>Anthony Rapp <\/strong>is returning to his <em>off-Broadway <\/em>roots.&nbsp; <strong><em>Without You<\/em><\/strong> is a one-man musical based on Anthony\u2019s memoir.&nbsp; Previews will begin at the <em>New World Stages <\/em>on January 14<sup>th<\/sup>, and opening night will be on January 25<sup>th<\/sup> \u2013 which just happens to be 27 years to the day from the first public&nbsp;performance of <strong><em>Rent<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.billymasters.com\/custom\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/colorbar1.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-568\" src=\"http:\/\/www.billymasters.com\/custom\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/colorbar1.gif\" alt=\"colorbar1\" width=\"500\" height=\"1\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p><em>Broadway <\/em>history is about to be made.&nbsp; <strong>Jinkx Monsoon <\/strong>\u2013 a <strong><em>Drag Race<\/em><\/strong> alum \u2013 will be making her <em>Broadway <\/em>debut in <strong><em>Chicago<\/em><\/strong>.&nbsp; Well, that\u2019s no big surprise \u2013 several cocks in frocks have trod the boards as Mary Sunshine.&nbsp; But Jinkx will not be taking on the role of the gender-bending reporter.&nbsp; She\u2019ll play Matron \u201cMama\u201d Morton, making her the first drag queen to assume that role on <em>Broadway <\/em>(I\u2019m sure it was played by some men in various prison productions).&nbsp; \u201cI cannot stress enough that this has been a lifelong dream of mine.&nbsp; To be making my <em>Broadway <\/em>debut, as my favorite role, in one of my favorite shows \u2013 that lifelong dream is coming true and then some.\u201d&nbsp;
