A highlight of the day will be a gala concert, which I\u2019m told will feature a reconstituted <strong><em>Spice Girls<\/em><\/strong> (including <strong>Posh <\/strong>\u2013 probably with her mike off).&nbsp; However, two people the Palace hoped to lure have already declined.&nbsp; First was <strong>Ed Sheeran<\/strong>, who has a stadium concert in Arlington, Texas the night before.&nbsp; Understandable.&nbsp; But what to make of <strong>Adele<\/strong>?&nbsp; She reportedly said, \u201cNo, thank you,\u201d even though she has absolutely nothing on the docket for the entire month of May.<\/p>\n<p>As if the royals don\u2019t have enough trouble, they have to deal with that pesky paternity issue.&nbsp; No, we\u2019re not talking about <strong>Harry<\/strong>.&nbsp; This is about <strong>Simon Dorante-Day<\/strong>, a 56-year-old living in Queensland, Australia who claims to be the illegitimate child of Charles and <strong>Camilla<\/strong>!&nbsp; According to Simon, his adoptive grandparents worked for the royal family \u2013 his grandmother was a cook and his grandfather was a gardener.&nbsp; A deathbed confession from his grandmother (his adopted granny, not <strong>Lizzie<\/strong>) claims that he is the biological child of King and Queen Consort.&nbsp; Lots of details don\u2019t add up \u2013 beginning with him being born in 1966.&nbsp; We know that Charles didn\u2019t meet Camilla until 1970 because we all saw <strong><em>The Crown<\/em><\/strong>!&nbsp; Isn\u2019t it just possible that granny was slightly\u2026well, bonkers?&nbsp; Nonetheless, Simon is petitioning the court for a DNA test and says that Charles\u2019 coronation will not thwart his efforts.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.billymasters.com\/custom\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/colorbar1.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-568\" src=\"http:\/\/www.billymasters.com\/custom\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/colorbar1.gif\" alt=\"colorbar1\" width=\"500\" height=\"1\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>One often hears about peaceful deathbed transitions.&nbsp; Not so for caustic comedian and actor <strong>Richard Belzer<\/strong>.&nbsp; As we went to press, we received word of his passing at the relatively youthful age of 78.&nbsp; His friend, <strong>Bill Scheft<\/strong>, reports that Belzer\u2019s last words were, \u201cFuck you, motherfucker.\u201d&nbsp;
