Let\u2019s turn to some of our favorite divas.  First up is the Aussie angel known as Kylie Minogue<\/strong>.  On the rare occasions she\u2019s appeared in the US, the gays have lost their shit.  Well, get ready, kids \u2013 Kylie\u2019s coming back!  But rather than do a tour, she\u2019s making good on what we\u2019ve heard whispered about for a few years \u2013 she\u2019s doing a Vegas residency.  Actually, I guess it\u2019s more than that, since Kylie calls the show, More Than Just a Residency<\/em><\/strong>.  I dunno what the \u201cmore\u201d is.  But we\u2019ll find out when she hits Voltaire <\/em>at the Venetian <\/em>starting on November 3rd<\/sup>.<\/p>\n

Cher<\/strong> will be everywhere come this fall.  She\u2019s working on not one but TWO albums \u2013 the first rumored to be a holiday collection (which should thrill Paul Shaffer<\/strong>).  As if that weren\u2019t enough, she also has a line of gelato!  Yes, because when I think of Cher, I think of gelato.  Or, as she calls it, \u201cCherlato<\/em><\/strong>\u201d.  She\u2019s SO clever!  She\u2019s partnered with a New Zealand company \u2013 because when I think of gelato, I think of New Zealand.  Cher released some photos and prose about the venture, in which she describes \u201ccountless hours in the kitchen, refining flavor combinations.\u201d  Because when I think of countless hours in the kitchen\u2026well, you get the idea.<\/p>\n

Janice Dickinson <\/strong>is always quotable.  In a recent interview, she had a bone to pick with Andy Cohen<\/strong>.  \u201cI once went up to Andy Cohen to pitch a late night talk show, and as soon as I left, he took the idea, and he ran with it and did Late Night with Andy Cohen<\/em><\/strong>.\u201d  Let\u2019s stop for a second \u2013 is there any show called Late Night with Andy Cohen<\/em>?  \u2018Cause if there is, I\u2019ve never heard of it.  \u201cRight after I pitched the idea, it came on six months later.  And I was like, \u2018You know what, that was my idea.\u2019  He\u2019s a tacky queen.  Tacky!\u201d  Janice adds she\u2019d never go on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills<\/em><\/strong>.  \u201cThey would shake and quiver.  And you know, they\u2019re all easy.  They\u2019re easy shots, but they pretend to be so uppity.  And they\u2019re not uppity.  They\u2019re just hags.  Beverly Hills Hags!\u201d<\/p>\n

This leads to a somewhat personal item.  While I\u2019ve been entertaining the masses up and down the eastern seaboard, I was surprised to hear that I\u2019ve been doing some entertaining in Los Angeles \u2013 via celluloid.  Apparently, a film I\u2019m in had its world premiere.  Color me Barbra<\/strong>, but not only was I not invited to the world premiere \u2013 I didn\u2019t even known it was happening!  Watch what\u2019s not happening with Billy Masters<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
