So hopes the comic, who has gotten tongues wagging after he announced his new idea \u2013 he\u2019d like to play fitness guru <strong>Richard Simmons <\/strong>in a biopic!&nbsp; He posted a photo of the two side-by-side and, son of a bitch, they really do look alike!&nbsp; OK, the hair isn\u2019t right, but I know a groomer in West Hollywood who did wonders with my friend\u2019s poodle.&nbsp; Pauly wrote, \u201cI\u2019ve noticed all the reactions to me playing Richard Simmons in a new biopic.&nbsp; So I reached out to him.&nbsp; I heard he\u2019s living deep in Big Bear.&nbsp; We\u2019ve been play phone tag (yes, he still has a phone).\u201d&nbsp; Let me stop here for a second \u2013 if Richard Simmons is living in Big Bear, why the hell can\u2019t he answer his phone?&nbsp; It\u2019s not like I think he\u2019s at the local <em>Walmart<\/em>!&nbsp; Continuing: \u201cI\u2019m trying to make it happen for you guys.&nbsp; Be optimistic.&nbsp; In the meantime, hit up <em>Hulu<\/em>, <em>Amazon<\/em>, <em>Disney<\/em>, <em>HBO <\/em>and all the big producers.&nbsp; I definitely can morph into this guy.&nbsp; I\u2019ll see you at the <em>Academy Awards<\/em> 2025.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.billymasters.com\/custom\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/colorbar1.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-568\" src=\"http:\/\/www.billymasters.com\/custom\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/colorbar1.gif\" alt=\"colorbar1\" width=\"500\" height=\"1\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>When Pauly Shore could be up for an <em>Oscar<\/em>, we\u2019ve definitely come to the end of yet another column.&nbsp; I hate to burst his bubble, but films that debut on streaming services don\u2019t typically qualify for an <em>Academy Award<\/em>.&nbsp; But that\u2019s the least of his problems!&nbsp; This week, I\u2019m in Las Vegas seeing <strong>Varla Jean Merman <\/strong>at the <em>Westgate <\/em>October 3-5 (I\u2019ll be there the 5<sup>th<\/sup>) and <strong>Kathy Griffin <\/strong>at the <em>Mirage <\/em>on October 6<sup>th<\/sup>.&nbsp;
