During \u201cLive To Tell\u201d, she has a photographic montage of people who have succumbed to HIV-related illnesses.&nbsp; Recently that montage was suddenly missing singer <strong>Luther Vandross<\/strong>.&nbsp; When asked, Madonna\u2019s camp confirmed the change, saying that representatives from the Vandross estate objected to his being included.&nbsp; It should be noted that Vandross never confirmed he was gay or HIV-positive.<\/p>\n<p>Someone who is certainly out is <strong>Andy Cohen<\/strong>.&nbsp; The <em>Bravo <\/em>honcho is still reeling from <strong>Brandi Glanville<\/strong>\u2019s suit which we discussed last week (look it up on <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.billymasters.com\/\">BillyMasters.com<\/a><\/strong>).&nbsp; This week, he\u2019s being attacked by <strong>Leah McSweeney <\/strong>\u2013 who, I must say, I\u2019ve never heard of.&nbsp; Apparently she\u2019s a former <strong><em>Real Housewife of New York City<\/em><\/strong>, and she\u2019s filed a suit against Cohen.&nbsp; In it, she calls <em>Bravo <\/em>\u201ca rotted workplace culture that uniquely depended on pressuring its employees to consume alcohol.\u201d&nbsp; Hard to argue with that.&nbsp; She then specifically targets Andy by saying that he \u201cengaged in cocaine use with <em>Housewives <\/em>and other <em>Bravolebrities <\/em>that he employs.\u201d&nbsp; Well, I\u2019m SHOCKED.&nbsp; Shocked that any legal document includes the word \u201c<em>Bravolebrities<\/em>\u201d!&nbsp; She goes on to say that although the defendants knew she had an alcohol problem, they \u201ccolluded with her colleagues to pressure Ms. McSweeney to drink, retaliated against her when she wanted to stay sober, and intentionally failed to provide reasonable accommodations that would aid her efforts to stay sober and able to perform.\u201d&nbsp; Here\u2019s my problem with that \u2013 if I tell you to jump off a bridge and you do it, is that my fault?&nbsp; You have free will.&nbsp; OK, I probably wouldn\u2019t say it to someone with diminished cognitive issues.&nbsp;
