Despite not getting an Emmy <\/em>nod, the reboot of Frasier<\/em><\/strong> is returning for season two on Paramount+<\/em> with some familiar faces and places.  We hear that Frasier will return to Seattle and his old radio station KACL<\/em>.  That episode will feature Dan Butler<\/strong>, Edward Hibbert<\/strong>, and the devilishly divine Harriet Sansom Harris <\/strong>as Frasier\u2019s old agent Bebe.  No word if either David Hyde Pierce <\/strong>or Jane Leeves <\/strong>will turn up \u2013 which one would expect since it\u2019s been made clear that Niles and Daphne still live in Seattle.  The new season commences on September 19th<\/sup>.<\/p>\n

And this leads perfectly into our Ask Billy<\/em><\/strong> question.  Victor <\/strong>in Dallas writes, \u201cI hear Kim Cattrall <\/strong>is going to return to <\/em>And Just Like That…<\/strong>.  Any truth to the rumor?  Will it be another phone cameo like last season?\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

I\u2019ve heard the same rumors \u2013 but with a twist.  Response to her cameo last season was so positive, the powers-that-be are willing to do whatever they can to get her back.  I\u2019m told that negotiations are ongoing for an actual storyline.  Cattrall, who previously was adamant about not appearing, seems to have warmed to the idea…with a few stipulations.  She wants all of her scenes filmed in England.  She\u2019d like Samantha to have a storyline of her own.  She wants to be paid plenty (she got $1 million for last season\u2019s two-minute scene \u2013 and she got to keep the clothes).  And she would prefer not to appear with any of the other three ladies.  What does that mean?  Stay tuned…<\/p>\n
