Biden &#038; Kamala"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Who knew that political conventions are a hotbed of gay activity?&nbsp; I suspected, but it seems to be true \u2013 if the <strong><em>Grindr <\/em><\/strong>algorithm is even slightly correct.&nbsp; On the first night of the <em>DNC<\/em>, television coverage caught a guy on the hookup app in the audience.&nbsp; And he wasn\u2019t alone.&nbsp; Thousands of <em>Grindr <\/em>users reported the site crashed throughout the week.&nbsp; This activity was not limited to Democrats \u2013 just as many people complained about outages during the <em>RNC<\/em>.&nbsp; I guess we have more in common than we thought.&nbsp; One person posted the following: \u201cThe DNC might crash <em>Grindr<\/em>, too, but they will do it joyfully and without shame.\u201d&nbsp; Another said, \u201cThe only difference between this behavior and the same behavior at the RNC is that the dudes at the RNC are hiding the screen from their wives.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.billymasters.com\/custom\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/colorbar1.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-568\" src=\"http:\/\/www.billymasters.com\/custom\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/colorbar1.gif\" alt=\"colorbar1\" width=\"500\" height=\"1\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I dunno where I\u2019ve been \u2013 Europe, I suppose.&nbsp; But <strong>Billy Porter <\/strong>and <strong>Joe Biden <\/strong>met at an event celebrating Juneteenth.&nbsp; Fine.&nbsp; What took me aback (and affront) was that when they met, Billy kissed Biden\u2019s hand!&nbsp; And there\u2019s photographic proof!&nbsp; I took it in a kinda <em>Papal <\/em>way \u2013 \u2018cause I was in Italy most of the summer.&nbsp; However, many people took it in a racial way \u2013 of a black man bowing to and kissing a white man\u2019s hand!&nbsp; That the black man had on some kinda caftan\/dress is a whole other issue which I will leave to the theologians.&nbsp; So <em>The Hollywood Reporter<\/em> asked Porter about the criticism.&nbsp; \u201cWhat they don\u2019t know and what they didn\u2019t see in the photos that they didn\u2019t run was that I kissed the vice president\u2019s hand too.&nbsp;
