<strong>Doug <\/strong>in Houston asks, <em>\u201cWho is <strong>Pavel Durov<\/strong>?&nbsp; I just saw him on the news, and they showed some shirtless photos of him.&nbsp; WOW!&nbsp; I never heard of him before.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>That makes two of us.&nbsp; Durov is the founder of <em>VK <\/em>and <em>Telegram Messenger<\/em>.&nbsp; He\u2019s been called \u201cthe <strong>Mark Zuckerberg <\/strong>of Russia\u201d \u2013 which I don\u2019t believe is completely complimentary.&nbsp; He\u2019s worth over $15 billion and claims to have fathered over a hundred children through sperm donation in twelve countries.&nbsp; He\u2019s from Russia, was raised in Italy, and currently lives in Dubai.&nbsp; Actually, he currently lives in a French prison, because Doug\u2019s e-mail referred to news that Pavel was arrested in Paris.&nbsp; He\u2019s accused of being complicit in a variety of crimes facilitated through <em>Telegram<\/em>, an app which is unmoderated.&nbsp; That\u2019s all well and good, but what about his hotness?&nbsp; He\u2019s certainly handsome, with great hair and arms \u2013 as is evidenced in his interview with <strong>Tucker Carlson <\/strong>(who never met a Russian he didn\u2019t like).&nbsp; Durov also favors wearing tight-fitting black shirts \u2013 when he wears a shirt, that is.&nbsp; The shirtless photos of Pavel sporting a superhero body taken during a trip to Bali seem slightly \u201cenhanced\u201d.&nbsp; And let\u2019s not even discuss the <em>Speedo<\/em>.&nbsp; For that, you\u2019ll have to decide for yourself \u2013 on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.BillyMasters.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><u>BillyMasters.com<\/u><\/strong><\/a>, naturally.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-568\" src=\"http:\/\/www.billymasters.com\/custom\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/colorbar1.gif\" alt=\"colorbar1\" width=\"500\" height=\"1\"><\/p>\n<p>When a billionaire knows where his sperm is, it\u2019s definitely time to end yet another column.&nbsp;
