\nI can\u2019t quite figure out \u2013 is he saying it with zeal or envy?

You all know that I like to keep it real, as the kids say (well, the kids said it in the \u201880s).  So, I want to make a confession \u2013 I have to wear reading glasses.  It\u2019s gotten worse in recent years, especially when I have to read anything on stage or screen.  For those occasions, I\u2019ve started wearing multifocal contact lenses, which I should wear all the time.  I just haven\u2019t gotten into the habit.  Tonight, I was getting ready for the annual Task Force Gala <\/em><\/strong>in South Beach (more about that last week).  So I put the contacts in…just in case.  On my way out the door, I glanced in the mirror and thought, \u201cMy God \u2013 you\u2019re looking a little rough.\u201d  It\u2019s not that I\u2019d aged overnight.  I just don\u2019t typically look in the mirror with contacts in.  I\u2019d gotten used to everything being in soft focus \u2013 like when they shot Barbara Walters <\/strong>on The View<\/em><\/strong>, or Lucy <\/strong>in Mame<\/em><\/strong>!  So I have to either look in the mirror contact-free, or accept the aging process.  Or simply avoid mirrors!<\/p>\n

I\u2019ve stayed pretty silent on the Sean Combs <\/strong>situation \u2013 except when music producer Rodney Jones <\/strong>filed his sexual assault suit.  You remember Lil Rod<\/em><\/strong> (an unfortunate moniker under the best of circumstances) \u2013 he claimed Diddy <\/em>groomed him as a gift for Cuba<\/strong> Gooding Jr<\/strong>. \u2013 you can read the details on BillyMasters.com<\/a><\/strong>.  I assumed that was that, until I combed through the lawsuits of over 120 alleged victims.  Then I read about a 42-year-old guy who was assaulted at Puffy<\/em>\u2019s 1998 White Party in the Hamptons.  I quickly did the math in my head and figured he was about 16 at the time that Combs allegedly told him to drop his pants.  Allegedly, the powerful producer began \u201csqueezing and feeling\u201d the teen\u2019s penis and genitals.  Very similar to the Cuba complaint.  More to come, I\u2019m sure.<\/p>\n
