Our Ask Billy<\/em><\/strong> question is quite fascinating to me.  Shawn <\/strong>in Dallas writes: \u201cDo you know Chad Franke Marks<\/strong>?  His mom Ruby <\/strong>was arrested for child abuse.  But he sure is pretty.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

This is like one of those stories Keith Morrison <\/strong>would have narrated: \u201cRuby Franke had it all.  Six kids, a husband, and a parenting podcast on YouTube<\/em>.  Life was good for Ruby \u2013 or was it?\u201d  While not germane to the story, Ruby and her family were members of the Mormon church and lived in Utah.  All seemed fine until an August night in 2023, when her 12-year-old son Russell <\/strong>escaped through a window in their home and asked a neighbor to take him to the police.  He had open wounds and duct tape and rope around parts of his body!  Police also found 9-year-old Eva <\/strong>in \u201ca similar physical condition of malnourishment.\u201d  And then there\u2019s Chad<\/strong>.  He seemed fine \u2013 probably because he\u2019d moved out of the house before these events transpired.  He became a sun-kissed blond lifeguard…nothing wrong with that.  Now he\u2019s 20, working in real estate, and still posting online…on SnapChat<\/em>.  No indication that he\u2019s gay, but he doesn\u2019t seem averse to showing some skin, as you\u2019ll see on BillyMasters.com<\/u><\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n
