Needless to say, the accuser is a guy.&nbsp; <strong>Mario Rodriguez <\/strong>(who allegedly had an <strong><em>OnlyFans<\/em> <\/strong>presence \u2013 photos and vids on our website) filed a $77 million lawsuit against Perry, claiming he used his influence for sexual favors in exchange for career opportunities.&nbsp; Mario has a bit part in <strong><em>Boo!&nbsp; A Madea Halloween<\/em><\/strong>.&nbsp; He says Perry spied him working out at <em>Equinox <\/em>in LA and had a trainer ask for his number to discuss \u201can acting role\u201d.&nbsp; Tyler told him, \u201cYou know Mario, I\u2019m not a bad person to know and have in your corner.\u201d&nbsp; After Mario got the part, Perry invited him to his house to celebrate by watching a movie in his theater room.&nbsp; Allegedly Perry \u201cput his hands on Mr. Rodriguez\u2019s legs and began rubbing his inner thigh right next to his penis.\u201d&nbsp; He also told Rodriguez, \u201cMan, if you would just come, I would take care of you for the rest of your life and you wouldn\u2019t have to worry about anything.\u201d&nbsp; After filming was completed, Perry invited Mario to his home again \u2013 and, again, Mario went.&nbsp; He says Perry again grabbed his leg and his penis, and he left.<\/p>\n<p>Then in 2018, Perry invited him to dinner at <em>Mastro\u2019s Steakhouse<\/em>.&nbsp; After dinner, they once more went back to Perry\u2019s house, where Tyler \u201ctightly hugged\u201d Rodriguez.&nbsp; Somehow, Tyler unbuckled Mario\u2019s belt, reached into his pants, and grabbed his penis while \u201cmaking sexual moaning noises\u201d.&nbsp; Mario extricated himself, Perry apologized and gave him $5,000.&nbsp; Then in 2019, Tyler allegedly grabbed Mario\u2019s hand, put it on his penis, and again promised to take care of him.&nbsp; Mario pulled away, and Perry gave him another $5,000.&nbsp; Rodriguez claims that after he heard about <strong>Derek Dixon<\/strong>\u2019s experience with Perry, he had to come forward.&nbsp; \u201cMr. Rodriguez realized that Mr. Perry was continuing to use his power and influence to sexually assault hopeful actors and, with the voice of others, decided that it was time to tell his story, to obtain justice, and to finally stop Mr. Perry.\u201d&nbsp;
