Two daytime talkers are hanging it up after this year.  Kelly Clarkson <\/strong>is ending her talk show after seven years to concentrate more on family and music.  And Sherri Shepherd<\/strong>\u2019s show will end after her fourth season.  The timing is perfect, since Sherri is in the middle of a comedy tour.  Check out her dates on SherriShepherd.com<\/u><\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

There are two things we can count on in February: the groundhog looking for his shadow, and Customs and Border Protection Agents <\/em>looking for passengers possessing drugs on a gay cruise.  This year was no different \u2013 the groundhog did indeed see his shadow, and nine passengers attempting to board an Atlantis Events <\/em>cruise out of Fort Lauderdale were arrested on drug charges.  Why, oh why, can\u2019t these guys just bring a few pills hidden in their Balzac<\/strong>?  But, no, they bring enough drugs to \u201cdistribute\u201d to other revelers \u2013 and that\u2019s when problems occur.  While the mainstream press has named them all, I\u2019m going to single out one person because he\u2019s kinda a public figure. That would be Joshua Eddy <\/strong>of West Hollywood, who did gay porn for Sean Cody <\/em>under the name Eddie Burke<\/strong>.  He is currently a popular content provider for OnlyFans <\/em><\/strong>under the name \u201cBeefy ginger bro next door\u201d.  And he\u2019s also an attorney \u2013 talk about versatility!  He faces felony charges of trafficking 19.3 grams of MDMA, 3.4 grams of ketamine, 7.55 grams of methamphetamine, and 80 grams of GBL \u2013 you know, just to take the edge off!  He\u2019s scheduled to be arraigned in Miami-Dade Court <\/em>on April 2nd<\/sup> \u2013 should you need a fix around then.<\/p>\n

These days, there\u2019s a convention for everything.  It of course started with the granddaddy of them all \u2013 ComicCon<\/em><\/strong>.  And our people love to go to BravoCon<\/em><\/strong>.  Then we got ChristmasCon <\/em><\/strong>for devotees of Hallmark Channel <\/em>movies.  Since this is not an officially sanctioned event, it takes place in Edison, New Jersey (oh, the indignity).  But it attracts quite a number of Hallmark <\/em>regulars like Tyler Hynes<\/strong>, Lacey Chabert<\/strong>, Jonathan Bennett<\/strong>, Ryan Pavey<\/strong>, and even Rachel Boston <\/strong>\u2013 who isn\u2019t from Boston.  Given that success, Hallmark <\/em>has started an official event.  Hallmark Christmas Experience <\/em><\/strong>takes place in Kansas City, within spitting distance of Hallmark <\/em>headquarters.  And it\u2019s not a one weekend event \u2013 it\u2019s every weekend between Thanksgiving and Christmas. <\/p>\n

Not to be outdone, Dancing with the Stars<\/em><\/strong> has a con of their own \u2013 aside from the liberal use of the word \u201cstars\u201d.  Fans can meet some of their favorites at DWTS Con<\/em> <\/strong>July 31st<\/sup> through August 2nd<\/sup> in Palm Springs at the Acrisure Arena<\/em>.  Some of the \u201cstars\u201d scheduled to attend will be Hannah Brown<\/strong>, Danielle Fishel<\/strong>, Xochitl Gomez<\/strong>, Joey Graziadei<\/strong>, Elaine Hendrix<\/strong>, Rashad Jennings<\/strong>, Amanda Kloots<\/strong>, Whitney Leavitt<\/strong>, Phaedra<\/strong> Parks<\/strong>, Jojo Siwa<\/strong>, Johnny Weir<\/strong>, Rumer Willis<\/strong>, Kristi Yamaguchi <\/strong>and Ginger Zee<\/strong>.  The pros on the leaderboard include Brandon Armstrong<\/strong>, Lindsay Arnold<\/strong>, Rylee Arnold<\/strong>, Alan Bersten<\/strong>, Hailey Bills<\/strong>, Sharna Burgess<\/strong>, Witney Carson<\/strong>, Val Chmerkovskiy<\/strong>, Sasha Farber<\/strong>, Jenna Johnson<\/strong>, Daniella Karagach<\/strong>, Pasha Pashkov<\/strong>, Jan Ravnik<\/strong>, Gleb Savchenko<\/strong>, Emma Slater<\/strong>, Ezra Sosa<\/strong>, and Britt Stewart<\/strong>.  As if that weren\u2019t enough, we\u2019re told Bruno Tonioli <\/strong>and Carrie Ann Inaba <\/strong>will represent the judges.  Throw in Tom Bergeron<\/strong>, and you could film a season!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
