And now, an uncomfortable Ask Billy<\/em><\/strong> question.  Jasper <\/strong>in Baltimore asks, \u201cI read about John Barrowman <\/strong>acting like a diva on a flight.  What happened?\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

First, let me say that John has always been lovely to me.  But I have a job to do, so here goes.  Last week, Barrowman was flying on American Airlines <\/em>from Los Angeles to London \u2013 which is no picnic, let me tell you!  His party was in business class and he posted a video from the plane where he explained the situation: \u201cHi American <\/em>\u2013 we have paid for the flagship service<\/em>.  My father and my husband behind and the tickets were very expensive and we get on thinking we\u2019d get pajamas with the flagship service.  Then you apparently only give them to the first two rows in business class.  What\u2019s that all about?  So far, you\u2019re not batting very high.  Meal order wrong and then told we don\u2019t have exactly what everyone else is getting on the flight when we all have flagship service.  Can you explain?  Thank you.\u201d  Many people saw this post, rolled their eyes and called him \u201centitled\u201d.  Perhaps, but let me say this \u2013 if you pay for something, you should get it.  I am a loyal AAdvantage <\/em>member, and I put my foot down when I don\u2019t get what I am promised as well.  And American <\/em>does claim that flagship service includes \u201cpremium pillows, blankets, and sleep amenities\u201d.  Once he saw the comments, John pulled the video offline.  But, naturally, you can still see it on BillyMasters.com<\/u><\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n
