While his onscreen brothers had their skirmishes with the law, JTT eschewed public scrutiny and somewhat disappeared at the height of his popularity&#8230;until last week.&nbsp; In the wee small hours of Monday, September 21<sup>st<\/sup>, JTT had an encounter with the police when a car he was in stopped in the middle of a Westlake Village intersection.&nbsp; Although JTT was simply a passenger, police suspected something was awry.&nbsp; They said he \u201cappeared intoxicated, continually exited the vehicle and approached the deputies, distracting them from their investigation\u201d.&nbsp; When they tried to clear him from the scene, he allegedly \u201ckicked a deputy in the stomach\u201d.&nbsp; He was arrested (although it was later characterized as \u201cdetained\u201d).&nbsp; The driver was arrested for driving under the influence.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-568\" src=\"http:\/\/www.billymasters.com\/custom\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/colorbar1.gif\" alt=\"colorbar1\" width=\"500\" height=\"1\"><\/p>\n<p>In a curious bit of theatre news, a revival of <strong><em>Damn Yankees<\/em><\/strong> will open on <em>Broadway <\/em>this spring.&nbsp; Taking on the pivotal roles of Mr. Applegate and Lola will be, naturally, <strong>Neil Patrick Harris <\/strong>and <strong>Julianne Hough<\/strong>.&nbsp; I believe dinner service starts promptly at 4:30PM.<\/p>\n<p>In some actually exciting theatrical news, <strong>Patti LuPone <\/strong>is returning to the stage&#8230;in a solo show.&nbsp; But that isn\u2019t the exciting part.&nbsp; The play is <strong><em>Full Gallop<\/em><\/strong>, and it will be staged <em>off-Broadway<\/em>.&nbsp;&nbsp; The show was originally done by <strong>Mary Louise Wilson <\/strong>back in 1995 and was described thusly: \u201cWhen she is unceremoniously fired as editor-in-chief of <em>Vogue<\/em>, <strong>Diana Vreeland <\/strong>must reinvent herself, and her industry, yet again.\u201d&nbsp; It\u2019s been said that <strong>Meryl Streep<\/strong>\u2019s Miranda Priestly was more Vreeland than Wintour.&nbsp; Sounds like Patti to a \u201cT\u201d.&nbsp; You can judge for yourself when the show opens on January 17<sup>th<\/sup> at <em>City Center Stage II<\/em>.&nbsp;
