Greetings from Europe.  I may have only been here for a few days, but I\u2019ve already hit three countries.  So did my luggage.  Alas, we weren\u2019t in the same countries at the same time.  Due to a late arrival at Heathrow<\/em>, I barely made my connection to Dublin.  When my luggage didn\u2019t arrive, I wasn\u2019t that surprised.  Since I didn\u2019t need to dress up for my assignation with a celebrated someone (I\u2019m sure you can all guess who), my travel clothes would suffice.  I was told the bags would be delivered to me the next day.  HA!  Since I was heading back to Heathrow<\/em>, I said I\u2019d just pick them up there.  Except when I deplaned, I got word that they just landed in Dublin!  Oh, the drama.<\/p>\n

I never would have imagined that I\u2019d have anything in common with Kevin Bacon<\/strong>, but we are clearly living parallel lives.  We both seem to pack the same way \u2013 bringing old favorites that are dependable and versatile (much like yours truly).  Like me, Kev flew to Ireland.  Unlike me, he decided to ship his box of clothes via FedEx<\/em>.  \u201cI don\u2019t buy a lot of clothes; I\u2019ve had these clothes probably since the 90s.\u201d  The box went from New York to Memphis (a FedEx <\/em>hub), to France, to Germany and then to Israel.  \u201cNot Ireland, Israel\u201d.  Then it went back to France.  Then back to Israel.  And then to Germany.  Eventually the box made it to the UK, where it sat for five days.  \u201cI don\u2019t understand why.  It\u2019s just sitting there.  I can\u2019t get a person on the phone.  I have not been able to talk to anybody.  I could buy some clothes, but I want these clothes.\u201d  After four weeks, he was reunited with his belongings and even filmed an \u201cunboxing video\u201d, which you can see on BillyMasters.com<\/u><\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
