Who would have guessed that Liza Minnelli would outlive yet another ex-husband?  But that’s what she did with the sudden death of David Gest last week.  The Shirley Temple enthusiast was found dead in his Four Seasons hotel room in London.  Ironically enough, he planned to tour England in July with a stage show entitled David Gest Is Not Dead, But Alive With Soul.  And the ad for the concert had him coming out of a casket!  That’s one helluva special effect!
