Brady and Sheldon Mysteries

According to biographer Lars Anderson, Tom Brady’s college teammates on the Michigan Wolverines questioned his sexuality!  Here’s a quote from the upcoming Brady: An American Story and the Price of Greatness: “He was rarely seen with a girl – he chose the stadium lights over candlelight.”  That scintillating prose explains why I haven’t written a book…yet!  Anderson continues, “Late one evening, a student who worked in the athletic department walked down a West Quad hallway.  Hearing muffled noises inside Brady’s room, he stopped and put his ear close to the door.”  Let me interrupt to say, “What??!!”  Continuing, “There was no mistaking: Those were the breathless gasps of uninhibited desire emanating from a female voice.  The sheets were shaking.  The next day, the student shared his findings with several Michigan players. ‘Guys,’ he says, ‘Tom Brady is definitely into girls.’”  Or very high-pitched men.

Our Ask Billy question this week borders on inappropriate. Walt in Atlanta writes, “I read that Iain Armitage is gay.  True?”

How on Earth can I comment on the kid from Young Sheldon?  But, wait a minute.  Iain actually turned 18 in July.  Phew – just under the wire.  I was close to Lady G territory!  This issue was brought up in Jessica Radloff’s book Young Sheldon: The (Juicier-Than-Meemaw’s-Brisket) Inside Story of the Hit Comedy.  While Armitage does not make any major revelations (nor do I feel he should), he has been open about the rumors.  “Sometimes people will come up to me in public and say, ‘Yo, you gay?’ or ‘Man, you dating anyone?’”  What is his response?  “If it’s a guy asking if I’m gay, I’ll say, ‘Not for you’ or ‘I haven’t found the right guy yet.’”  And he’s coming up with these responses without a script!

When I’m heading overseas, it’s time for me to start packing and end yet another column.  But no matter where I am, what I’m doing (and with whom), I always have time to update BillyMasters.com – the site that you can read sitting down or standing up.  If you have a question for me to tackle, send it along to Billy@BillyMasters.com and I promise to get back to you before Iain meets the right guy (or gal).  Until next time, remember, one man’s filth is another man’s bible.
