My faithful readers know that I regularly have a problem with the age difference between many of our celebrated gay couples.  I know – I’m so old-fashioned, but I have an issue when you’re twice someone’s age…especially if they’re not even of age!  I think what actually bothers me is that these relationships perpetuate the image of gay men as sexual predators (even though, as we all know, the younger person always has the control).  I came to this realization when Andy Cohen was on The View talking about his much younger boyfriend.  When accused of being a cougar, he said, “No, what I am is a gay guy.”  I sense a new term coming on: Gougar – a gay cougar.  And to prove he is one, Cohen also revealed that he’d sleep with Justin Bieber.  “Yes, of course.  I think he’s really pretty.  I like how smooth he is.  Not a lot of body hair.  I saw the dick pic, and I think he’s got a nice, adult-sized penis.”  I think it just looks adult-sized because Bieber himself is the size of Nadia Comaneci in her prime.
